Duties

• Develop engaging, high-quality content tailored for multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, utilizing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.
• Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts using Buffer or Hootsuite, monitoring engagement through social listening and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics dashboards.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to optimize content visibility and reach.
• Design eye-catching graphics and media using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance brand storytelling.
• Monitor digital marketing performance metrics regularly to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Handle front desk responsibilities by greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional reception area.
• Support media editing tasks including video production, photography, proofreading, and branding efforts to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Engage in relationship management by responding promptly to inquiries on social media platforms and fostering positive interactions with followers.
• Assist in public relations activities by creating press releases, coordinating media outreach, and supporting community engagement initiatives.

Experience

• Proven experience in content creation for social media marketing campaigns across diverse platforms.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), media editing tools, and web analytics software such as Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and digital marketing performance monitoring.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing accuracy.
• Prior experience managing front desk operations or customer service roles is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
