Content Creator / Social Media Executive

What would your core job responsibilities be?

▶ Manage end-to-end social media for our product brands — content calendar, grid planning, scheduling, captions and publishing.

▶ Ideate, script, shoot and edit short-form video content: product reels, unboxings, "how it's made", styling and setup videos, recipes, room transformations and trend-led formats.

▶ Plan and execute product shoots — flat lays, lifestyle setups, close-ups and in-store/on-location content that makes the product the hero.

▶ Turn product features (taste, ingredients, materials, comfort, design, durability) into hooks and stories people stop scrolling for.

▶ Create content that supports sales: launches, offers, festive campaigns, collaborations and ad creatives for performance campaigns.

▶ Coordinate with creators, influencers and UGC talent for product seeding, collaborations and reviews.

▶ Engage with the community — reply to comments and DMs, reshare customer content, and flag product feedback to the team.

▶ Track content performance (reach, saves, shares, profile visits, website clicks) and use it to refine formats and hooks every month.

▶ Keep a finger on the pulse of trends across food & beverage, café culture, interiors and home décor.

▶ Work closely with the core team and clients on shoots, account reviews and content approvals.

Who would be a good fit?

▶ Someone who loves product content and has a strong eye for styling, lighting, framing and grid aesthetic.

▶ Someone who can make the same product feel fresh week after week without repeating the same video.

▶ Someone with a portfolio of product, food/beverage, lifestyle or interior content they've shot and edited themselves.

▶ Someone with brilliant storytelling and copywriting skills — hooks, captions and on-screen text that convert.

▶ Someone who is comfortable in front of the camera as well as behind it.

▶ Someone highly proficient in mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN, InShot) and/or Premiere Pro, and comfortable with Canva.

▶ Someone who understands how organic content and paid ads work together (Meta ads exposure is a plus).

▶ Someone with impeccable attention to detail — a smudged cup or a crooked cushion should bother you.

▶ Someone who doesn't fold under pressure and handles launch deadlines calmly.

▶ Someone who is okay and comfortable with odd working hours, weekends and on-location shoots.

▶ You can't learn from your mistakes (make mistakes, but not the same ones).

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a marketing / social media role, or you run your own page / create content.

Location: Mumbai (hybrid, onsite for shoots and reviews)

Salary: ₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum depending on experience and skill level
