Content Creator (Social Commerce)

About the role

This is a Creative Strategist and AI-Empowered Creator role focused on developing and producing high-quality visual and video content for social media platforms. You will plan and create content aligned with marketing strategy and target audience needs, apply AI tools efficiently to produce impactful work, and collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and partner pages. You will stay current with social media trends, develop new content ideas, study products and customer insights to create relevant stories and scripts, and work closely with the marketing team to support marketing goals and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create visual and video content for all social media platforms aligned with marketing strategy and target audience
• Apply AI tools to think and produce content efficiently, creating high-quality work that drives impact and meets business objectives
• Develop content briefs and scripts for videos to collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and partner pages
• Monitor trends and currents on social media and develop new, engaging content ideas that reach target audiences
• Study products and customer insights to develop stories, scripts, and content that meet target audience needs
• Work closely with the marketing team and related teams to develop content that meets marketing goals and drives sales effectively

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent portfolio and experience if no degree
• Portfolio demonstrating work in content creation, including coursework, personal projects, freelance work, or your own social media channels
• Experience or skills in creating visual and video content for social media, particularly TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Strong storytelling ability; able to develop and communicate ideas as engaging, easy-to-understand content
• Creative thinking; willing to experiment and enjoy creating new things
• Good interpersonal skills; able to communicate and coordinate effectively with team members and partners
• Growth mindset; ready to learn new skills and continuously develop
• Proficiency with AI tools; understand prompting principles and can apply AI to improve work efficiency and content quality
