Content Creator Social Media Admin

Overdott Sdn Bhd is looking for a creative and organised Social Media Admin to manage our social media platforms, engage with our online community, and support the growth of our perfume brand.

• Social Media Management: Manage Overdott’s social media accounts, including planning content calendars, scheduling posts, updating profiles, and ensuring consistent daily activity.
• Content Creation: Write engaging captions and promotional copy, plan and participate in photo and video shoots to create content for Overdott’s social media platforms.
• Campaign & Product Launches: Work with the marketing team to plan and publish social media content for perfume launches, promotions, events, and brand campaigns.
• Customer Service & Community Management: Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer enquiries promptly and professionally. Provide product information and follow up on enquiries when needed.
• Live Hosting & On-Camera Presence: Serve as an on-camera representative of Overdott by hosting live selling sessions, presenting products, engaging with viewers, answering questions, and encouraging purchases. Appear in social media content as the face of the brand.
• On-Site Content Creation: Attend events, product launches, and site visits to capture photos and videos and create content for Overdott’s social media platforms.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor engagement, audience growth, and content performance. Prepare regular updates and suggest ways to improve results.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all posts and customer interactions reflect Overdott’s visual identity and tone of voice.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media, fragrance, beauty, and lifestyle trends, and propose relevant content ideas.
• Perform any other reasonable social media, content, or customer service duties assigned by the Company.
