We create content that gets real brands noticed—and helps them earn attention, enquiries and sales.

You will own real campaigns for recognisable Singapore brands across Automotive, F&B and Beauty. Take an idea from the first “what if?” to the strategy, hook, script, shoot day, final edit and live post.

Skits. Street interviews. Trend hijacks. Product storytelling. Tactical campaigns. Bold experiments.

If it can make people stop scrolling, we want to try it. If it can turn attention into business, we want to master it.

We are looking for a hungry, commercially minded Content Creator who wants more than a job editing pretty videos. Someone who wants to build taste, sharpen their strategic instincts, own bigger ideas and eventually grow into a Senior Creative who leads.

What You'll Do

• Develop strong creative angles, hooks and scripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Turn campaign briefs into short-form content people actually stop to watch
• Own content end-to-end: concept, scripting, shoot direction, filming and editing
• Produce skits, street interviews, product storytelling, trend-led videos and tactical brand campaigns
• Script and create content for both English- and Mandarin-speaking audiences
• Work closely with our marketing team to ensure every video supports an actual business objective
• Help build 1103 STUDIOS’ own content presence
• Learn to take increasing creative ownership across client accounts

What We’re Looking For

• You naturally think in hooks, audience psychology and angles—not just “content formats”
• You actively study TikTok and Reels, and can explain why certain content performs
• You can film and edit confidently
• You are comfortable being on camera when required
• You can write and communicate naturally in both English and Mandarin
• You have a portfolio of content you are proud of—especially work that achieved real reach, engagement, leads or sales
• You are hungry, coachable and want to eventually lead creative strategy—not stay at execution level forever
