Content Creator Specialist

About the role

This is a content creator role focused on developing and producing engaging content for the brand. You will be responsible for ideating creative content concepts, researching trends, producing video content, and editing videos to align with brand identity and audience needs.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree of any major

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as a content creator

• Creative and able to develop engaging content ideas, concepts and scripts for yellow cart Tiktok video

• Able to create strong hook, storylines and CTA's

• Up to date with Tiktok trends

• Skilled in video shooting and video editing

• Comfortable working both in front of and behind the camera

• Creative, adaptable, detail oriented and able to work according to production timelines

• Experience in the Mom n Baby industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities

1. Content ideation & planning

• Develop creative content ideas for Tiktok brand

• Contribute to weekly and monthly content planning together with Social Media and Marketing team

• Develop content concepts based on content pillars, campaign, trends and brand needs

• Develop content concepts with the potential to increase engagement and consideration

2. Trend & Content Research

• Actively reasearch trend on Tiktok and other digital platform

• Identify relevant trending topics, audio, video formats, memes, challenges, visual style and other trends

• Conduct benchmarking of competitors and other relevant brands

• Provide content recommendations based on current trend and audience behavior

3. Content Production

• Handle the production video content for social media needs

• Act as a talent on camera when required

• Ensure that the final production aligns with the concept, brief and brand identity

• Achieved monthly KPI on Number of Content

4. Video Editing

• Perform basic to intermediate video editing for tiktok video

• Able to edit videos using CapCut, Canva, etc.

• Transform raw footage into engaging content that is suited to audience characteristics

• Add subtitles, text overlays, audio, transition and other supporting elements
