Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a true content creator. That means someone who comes with ideas, captures real moments, and edits them into content people actually stop for, not someone who just holds a camera. We run one of the largest real estate teams in Utah, a mastermind for team owners, and a women’s community, and we document all of it in public: the business, the team, the wins, and the real life in between. This is a full-time role on the Wasatch Front, with travel for events and retreats, paying $70,000–$90,000 a year depending on experience. You’ll be a creative partner who lives inside this world and turns it into content every week. You’ll have real creative ownership instead of a shot list handed to you, your ideas will get made, and you’ll build a body of work with your name on it inside a business doing 800 home sales a year.

Responsibilities

• Generate ideas: Bring a weekly list of concepts, hooks, series, and angles. Strong ideas are what make content worth watching.
• Capture real moments: Be there at team meetings, trainings, events, retreats, and family life to catch what’s real, not staged. Authentic moments are what our audience connects with.
• Edit short-form content: Cut Reels and TikToks with pace and a hook in the first two seconds. That’s what keeps people from scrolling past.
• Turn it around fast: Post while the energy is fresh. Timely content performs better and keeps the audience engaged.
• Build the content library: Collect B-roll, stories, and evergreen content we can draw from all year, so there’s always quality material ready to post.
• Use AI in your workflow: Apply AI tools to editing, captions, ideation, and repurposing. This multiplies output without losing quality.
• Protect trust: Handle sensitive moments with the team, family, and clients with discretion. Access to real rooms depends on it.

Qualifications

• A creative, not a camera operator: you pitch ideas, see stories, and have taste
• Strong skills in both shooting and post-production editing
• Social-native: deep, current knowledge of what performs on Instagram and TikTok
• Familiarity with AI tools for editing, captions, and content ideation (or a strong drive to learn fast, since training is available)
• Discretion and emotional intelligence for working closely with the team, family, and clients
• Speed and reliability: you post timely content consistently
• A portfolio or reel showing your work
• Able to travel for events and retreats
