Position: Content Creator Staff

Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, especially short-form video production.
• Experienced in creating content for social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
• Understand soft-selling content strategies to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Creative and able to develop engaging content ideas based on current trends and target audiences.
• Proficient in video shooting and editing, from concept development to final delivery.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create Engaging Content: Handle the end-to-end content production process, including planning, scriptwriting, filming, video editing, and caption writing.
• Develop Creative Ideas: Collaborate with fellow Content Creators to develop engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
• Execute Campaign Strategies: Implement campaign strategies developed by the Campaign Strategist to support brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Monitor Content Deliverables: Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure content quantity and quality meet established targets.
• Follow Social Media Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and develop creative content ideas relevant to the target audience.
