Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas for social media campaigns and healthcare education.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Instagram Stories, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging content that aligns with Filmore Health's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and the marketing team to produce informative and engaging healthcare content.
• Cover photoshoots, events, doctor activities, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
• Monitor content performance and provide insights to continuously improve engagement and reach.
• Assist the Social Media Marketing team in achieving content and campaign objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, Film, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Content Creator.
• Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and storytelling for social media platforms.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong visual sense.
• Experience creating content for healthcare, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or healthcare retail brands is an advantage.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
