About the Role

We are looking for a creative, high-energy Video Content Creator to be the face and voice of our brand.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end production of video contents.
• Concept & Script: Brainstorm and script engaging contents.
• On-Camera Performance: Serve as the main host and personality in our videos, delivering confident, authentic, and charismatic on-camera performances.
• Video Production: Record quality video content using smartphones or studio setups.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit videos efficiently using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.

What We're Looking For

• On-Camera Confidence: Natural charisma and a strong presence on camera.
• Content Portfolio: A proven track record of creating engaging video content, evidenced by a personal or professional social media portfolio.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing apps, and a solid grasp of lighting and mobile audio setup.
• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of what makes memorable content.
• Self-Starter Attitude: Ability to work independently, manage your own production schedule, and take a project from an abstract idea to a finished video.

Event & Offline Content Support

• Support event-related video content when required.
• Create event announcements, event clips, product clips, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Join offline events, shoots, or activations when needed.
• Capture useful content opportunities before, during, and after events.

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months

• Hanapet has a steady rhythm of video content across its social media channels.
• Videos are planned, produced, edited, and delivered according to the agreed schedule.
• Your storylines and scripts become clearer, more engaging, and more purposeful.
• Your videos communicate product and brand messages more effectively.
• You can independently generate ideas, prepare scripts, record, edit, and improve videos.
• You show creativity, ownership, and learning progress by applying feedback and trying suitable new angles, formats, and ideas.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience creating video content for social media, brand, commercial, or creator channels.
• Able to create social media videos from brief to final output, including storyline, script, recording, and editing.
• Able to appear natural, warm, positive, and engaging on camera.
• Experience with video editing apps.
• Strong sense of creative storytelling.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to manage deadlines and produce content on schedule.
• Able to communicate in Thai and basic English.
• Able to explain ideas, receive feedback, and revise work professionally.
• Flexible and adaptable.

Preferred

• Experience creating content with a clear commercial or brand objective.
• Experience with pet, FMCG, retail, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Basic knowledge of brand management and commercial content constraints.
