What they need
- Develop and execute creative content from concepting, scripting, shooting, directing, to editing.
- Produce engaging photo and video content for Gentem’s brands, including Reels, TikTok, YouTube, events, classes, and testimonials.
- Edit short-form and long-form video content, including subtitles, pacing, transitions, and basic motion.
- Develop creative ideas, hooks, scripts, and storytelling concepts aligned with brand direction and target audience.
- Shoot photo and video content using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or mobile devices.
- Direct talents, trainers, teachers, and internal teams during content production.
- Create simple visual assets and carousel content using Canva or similar tools.
- Collaborate with the Social Media team to ensure content is aligned with campaign direction and platform requirements.
- Manage and organise raw footage, final content, and other creative assets.
- Continuously improve the quality and creativity of content across Gentem’s brands.
