About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Content Creator to join our growing marketing team.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook — from concept development and scripting to shooting, editing and publishing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being behind and in front of the camera, and who can turn real customer homes, product installations and everyday moments into engaging content that builds our brand and drives enquiries.

You will work across our showrooms, factory and customer homes, creating authentic content around curtains, blinds, ZipBlinds and home furnishing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok and Shorts
• Create engaging 15–60 second videos with strong hooks, pacing and storytelling
• Appear on camera as a brand representative, including product demonstrations, interviews and customer-facing content
• Capture photography for social media, websites and advertising
• Create product close-ups, before-and-after content, lifestyle photography and installation footage
• Design social media graphics, carousels, story templates, infographics and advertising creatives
• Write captions, hooks and short-form video scripts in a natural Singapore English tone
• Coordinate and manage shoots at customer homes, showrooms and factory locations
• Edit content efficiently, including fast-turnaround content for trending topics and campaigns
• Support paid social campaigns by producing creative assets for Meta and TikTok Ads
• Monitor content performance and identify formats and topics that generate stronger engagement and enquiries
• Maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across all social media platforms

Requirements

Must Have

• 1–3 years of experience creating short-form video content for a brand, agency or creator account
• Strong portfolio of Reels, TikTok or other short-form videos that you personally shot and edited
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut
• Strong graphic and photo editing skills using Canva
• Good understanding of composition, lighting, framing and video pacing
• Strong written and spoken English
• Able to write natural, engaging Singapore English captions and hooks
• Comfortable operating a smartphone and/or mirrorless camera for content production
• Able to work independently and manage content from concept to final delivery
• Willing to travel to customer homes, showrooms and factory locations for shoots

Good to Have

• Mandarin or other local language skills for on-camera content
• Experience creating content related to home improvement, renovation, interior design, property or lifestyle
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads
• Experience creating paid social advertising creatives
• Basic SEO content writing skills, including captions, blog snippets and alt text
