We operate hybrid: a human creative team working alongside our own AI-powered operating system, so strategy, production and approvals move faster than at a traditional agency. We are brand-led and team-fronted, so the person in this role is part of the face of the agency.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a creative Content Creator / Videographer to join our team. You'll shoot and edit content across our brands, cover live events, and work closely with the marketing and production teams to bring ideas to life.

We want someone who can pick up a camera, capture the moment, and turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation

• Shoot and edit reels, short-form videos, and stories for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for products, events, and campaigns
• Cover live events (Brewci, Mojoxy) from start to finish
• Create behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life content
• Write basic captions and copy for posts where needed

Event Coverage

• Attend and cover events, activities, and shoots
• Capture key moments, guest interactions, and brand highlights
• Deliver edited content quickly after events

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into polished reels, shorts, and promotional videos
• Add music, text, transitions, and effects
• Colour correct and clean up audio
• Maintain a content library of raw and edited files

Collaboration

• Coordinate with the marketing team on content calendars and campaign needs
• Support the production team during shoots and setups
• Work with designers and content writers for cohesive campaigns
• Take feedback and revise content as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of experience in videography, content creation, or a related field
• Students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Basic photography skills (DSLR/mirrorless or high-quality phone)
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content formats
• Ability to shoot and edit quickly for same-day or next-day delivery
• Strong eye for detail, framing, and storytelling
• Willingness to travel for events and shoots
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Flexibility in working hours (including evenings and weekends for events and shoots)

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience covering live events, brand activations, or product capturing
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
• Familiarity with Canva, Lightroom, or Figma
• Knowledge of trending audio and formats on social media
