Content Creator / Videography / Social Media Content Creator

Position Summary

We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented, and trend-aware In-House Content Creator who specializes in end-to-end multimedia production. In this role, you will be the visual engine of our brand—concepting, shooting, and editing high-performing video and photo assets for our social media channels, digital advertising, website, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of short-form video trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), and the technical expertise to operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.

Key Responsibilities1. Production & Shooting (Videography & Photography)

• Concept Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute creative concepts for organic social, paid ads, product launches, and brand campaigns.
• Videography: Capture high-quality video content (talking heads, B-roll, product close-ups, behind-the-scenes, event coverage, and trend-based TikToks/Reels) using professional cinema/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and mobile setups.
• Photography: Shoot crisp, styled product photography, lifestyle imagery, campaign shots, and headshots for digital and print media.
• Lighting & Audio: Set up and manage studio lighting, softboxes, LED panels, and professional audio (wireless lavs, boom mics) to ensure broadcast-quality production standards.

2. Post-Production (Editing & Design)

• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Add pacing, transitions, color grading, sound design, and dynamic captions/subtitles optimized for engagement.
• Photo Retouching: Perform color correction, cropping, retouching, and batch processing for photography assets using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Asset Organization: Maintain an organized, cloud-backed digital asset management (DAM) system/archive of all raw and final photos and videos for easy team access.

3. Strategy & Optimization

• Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of digital culture, emerging platform features, and video trends to continuously iterate and improve our content performance.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze content performance metrics with the marketing team to understand what resonates with our audience and refine future shoots accordingly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: [1–3+ / 3–5+] years of professional experience in videography, photography, and editing (agency, in-house brand, or freelance portfolio required).
• Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or similar editing ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience working with professional mirrorless/cinema cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.), gimbals, lighting kits, and external audio gear.
• Social Media Native: Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta Ads requirements (aspect ratios, pacing, hook-driven storytelling).
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive problem solver, able to manage tight deadlines, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio Requirement: A link to a digital portfolio/reel showcasing your videography, lighting work, photography, and video editing samples must be included with your application.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
