你的工作

你不是摄影师，也不是剪辑师，而是一个能够持续创造内容的人。

你的核心目标只有一个：每天生产大量高质量、适合 Instagram、TikTok、YouTube Shorts、小红书等平台传播的短视频内容。

你的工作包括：

每天跟随创始人、团队及客户拍摄真实工作场景
策划并拍摄 15–60 秒短视频
采访用户、商家及合作伙伴
拍摄品牌故事、创业故事及团队日常
使用手机完成拍摄（iPhone 优先）
使用 CapCut、Premiere 等工具完成剪辑
使用 ChatGPT、AI 工具辅助脚本、标题、字幕及内容创作
管理公司 Instagram、TikTok、YouTube Shorts 等社交媒体账号
每周分析视频数据，持续优化内容质量

我们希望你具备

热爱拍摄短视频
熟悉 Instagram Reels、TikTok、YouTube Shorts 等平台
熟练使用 CapCut 或 Premiere 剪辑
具备良好的审美和镜头感
愿意出镜或采访他人（不是必须）

About Payes:
Payes is building an AI-driven platform that combines community and a marketplace, enabling people worldwide to freely trade idle resources, skills, tasks, and digital assets. We believe the future lies not in traditional e-commerce, but in a "Task Marketplace" where both humans and AI agents participate as active members. We are rapidly expanding into markets such as Singapore and India, and we are looking for passionate content creators to join us in sharing our story with the world.

Job Title:
Content Creator (Full-time)
Location:
Singapore (Open to short-term overseas business trips to locations such as India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Dubai, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits:
SGD 3,000–5,000/month (commensurate with experience) + KPI bonuses + Year-end bonus + Promotion opportunities

Your Role:
You are not just a videographer or an editor; you are a dedicated content creator capable of consistent output. Your core objective is singular: to produce a high volume of quality short-form video content daily, optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Xiaohongshu.

Your responsibilities include:
Capturing authentic behind-the-scenes footage of the founder, team, and clients on a daily basis Planning and filming short videos (15–60 seconds) Interviewing users, merchants, and partners Documenting brand stories, entrepreneurial journeys, and daily team life Shooting content using a smartphone (iPhone preferred) Editing videos using tools like CapCut and Premiere Utilizing ChatGPT and AI tools to assist with scripts, headlines, captions, and content creation Managing company social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) Analyzing video performance data weekly and continuously optimizing content quality.

We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for creating short-form videos Is familiar with platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Is proficient in video editing using CapCut or Premiere Possesses a good aesthetic sense and an eye for cinematography Is willing to appear on camera or conduct interviews (optional) Has experience with ChatGPT and AI video tools (preferred) Has strong English communication skills; Chinese proficiency is a plus Is responsible, highly execution-oriented, and a quick learner

Bonus Points:
Experience managing brand accounts Experience building a personal brand/IP Experience creating street interviews, vlogs, or commercial short-form videos
Skills in photography and aerial videography (drone)
Proficient in AI tools such as After Effects, Runway, Veo, and Midjourney.
Experience in finance, tech, Web3, or AI

What We Value Most:
We don't require a specific academic background or prior experience in filmmaking.
We value consistent daily creation and a willingness to learn and experiment with new forms of expression. You should keep an eye on the content styles of top global brands (e.g., Western Union, Stripe, Airbnb, Notion, Apple, Nike) and be able to quickly execute great ideas, helping Payes become a brand where new stories unfold every day.

Growth Opportunities:
You will work directly with the founding team, participate in global brand building, and gain exposure to fields such as AI, fintech, cross-border payments, and community management. In the future, you could evolve from a Content Creator into a Brand Lead or Content Director, or even take charge of building a global content team.
