Position: Content Designer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Work arrangement: Work from Office / In-person

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Employment type: Full-time

Experience: 2–5 years

Requisites:

· Experience in graphic design and digital content creation.

· Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or equivalent software.

· Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent software.

· Understanding of motion graphics, animation, transitions, and visual effects.

· A portfolio/showreel showcasing graphic design, social media content, motion graphics, and video editing work is mandatory.

· Experience in real estate, property marketing, architecture, interior design, or luxury lifestyle content will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Ideation & Social Media Planning

· Develop creative content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, websites, and other platforms.

· Create content concepts around real estate projects, property marketing, brand communication, campaigns, and business objectives.

· Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the company's digital content strategy and social media presence.

2. Graphic Design & Creative Development

· Design social media posts, carousels, infographics, banners, stories, and promotional creatives.

· Develop visual concepts for real estate projects, property launches, marketing campaigns, events, and brand communications.

· Apply graphic design principles, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding consistently.

3. Video Editing & Short-Form Content

· Create and edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and promotional videos.

· Edit raw footage using appropriate cuts, transitions, captions, music, sound effects, text overlays, and other visual elements.

· Ensure videos are engaging and suitable for the intended platform and audience.

4. Motion Graphics & Animation

· Develop motion graphics, animations, kinetic typography, logo animations, and visual effects.

· Use suitable design and editing software to produce high-quality motion-based content.

· Explore creative formats and visual storytelling techniques to improve audience engagement.

5. Real Estate & Brand Communication

· Create visual content for real estate projects, property launches, marketing campaigns, events, and brand communication.

· Translate real estate and business concepts into simple, engaging, and visually appealing content.

· Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, visual style, and overall communication.

6. Team Collaboration & Content Execution

· Work closely with marketing, sales, management, and other internal teams to understand creative briefs and campaign objectives.

· Convert briefs and business requirements into compelling visual content.

· Accept feedback, make creative revisions, and coordinate with stakeholders to finalize deliverables.

7. Platform Adaptation & Trend Monitoring

· Adapt creative content to suit Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.

· Stay updated with social media trends, design techniques, video formats, and emerging content styles.

· Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for use across different platforms.

8. Asset Management, Quality & Timely Delivery

· Organize and maintain creative assets, editable files, raw footage, videos, graphics, and design templates.

· Manage multiple content requirements simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

· Review content before delivery to ensure visual quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and platform suitability.

Skills:

· Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or equivalent design tools.

· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent video editing tools.

· Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, transitions, kinetic typography, and visual effects.

· Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of typography, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.

· Ability to create engaging short-form videos and Reels.

· Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.

· Ability to take feedback positively and make quick creative iterations.

Must Pre-requisite of Work:

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and digital content creation.

· A portfolio/showreel showcasing previous graphic design, social media content, motion graphics, and video editing work must be shared during the application/interview process.

· Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an offline interview and should be able to commute to the venue in Pune.

· Experience in real estate, property marketing, architecture, interiors, or luxury lifestyle content is an added advantage.
