Our client is seeking a Content Developer to create, maintain, and publish content that supports customer care teams and their internal tools. This role will manage content throughout its lifecycle, ensuring procedures are accurate, clear, consistent, and available to support business updates and new initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience with content or knowledge base writing, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end process of writing, editing, and publishing internal procedures and support content
• Create new content and update existing procedures based on business and project needs
• Review content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, style requirements, and unnecessary duplication
• Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to validate content and ensure accuracy
• Assess project impacts and identify procedures that need to be created, updated, or removed
• Track content development progress and communicate status to project stakeholders
• Partner with project and learning teams to ensure content is available ahead of training and launch dates
• Manage multiple projects and business update requests simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines
• Publish and maintain content within content management systems
• Support content development for additional internal tools as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in content development, corporate communications, technical writing, or knowledge base writing
• Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage high volumes of information and identify what is relevant to specific projects
• Experience working independently and navigating ambiguity
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional, global, and virtual teams
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies, processes, and business requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with content management systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate communications or knowledge base writing
• Project management experience
