About the role

A Knowledge Management Team is a specialized group within an organization responsible for capturing, organizing, maintaining, and disseminating knowledge and information critical to the organization's operations and decision-making processes. The team ensures that valuable insights, best practices, processes, and expertise are systematically documented and made accessible to all relevant stakeholders. This helps in preserving institutional knowledge, supporting continuous learning, and enabling informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and maintain the WIKI knowledge base, including FAQs, operational guides, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to validate information and publish updates following approved operational, product, or policy changes.
• Gather, document, and coordinate enhancement requests based on operational needs and user feedback, and track progress with the responsible teams.
• Validate new features, system enhancements, and process changes against agreed requirements, document issues, and verify fixes.
• Support AI and chatbot implementation through no-code configuration, knowledge content preparation, response guidance, and conversation flow setup using available platform tools, such as LiveChat.
• Review AI and chatbot responses for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with approved procedures; document gaps and coordinate improvements.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Information Management, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in content creation or knowledge management, preferably in the sports betting, casino, or eGames industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and knowledge management platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
• Basic understanding of sports betting, casino, and eGames regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage content updates and projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
