Content Developer (Learning & Development)

Dash BPO is looking for a Content Developer to join our Learning & Development team in Panama City.

The Content Developer builds and updates the courses, assessments, job aids and documents Dash BPO uses for onboarding, client training, compliance and development. The role reports to the Development Supervisor, is full-time and primarily on-site, with flexibility for remote work based on operational needs and performance.

What you will do

• Build and update courses, job aids and documents to the content standards.
• Write assessments with correct answer keys and clear passing rules.
• Gather input from Trainers, SMEs and QA, and check facts with the source.
• Package and test SCORM courses in DashU before handing them for review.
• Keep versions and source files organized.
• Fix defects found in review or reported by learners.
• Rebuild archived courses from the backlog.

How success is measured

• Tasks uploaded to DashU by the due date.
• Courses passing review the first time.
• Source files and versions saved correctly.

Systems you will use

Articulate 360 / Rise, Canva, DashU (Dash University LMS), Outlook, Teams and Microsoft 365.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years in instructional design, e-learning or content creation.
• Articulate 360 / Rise, Canva and SCORM packaging.
• Clear, simple writing in English (C1). Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Portfolio of work (please include a link or attach samples with your application).
• Based in Panama with the right to work in Panama. On-site in Panama City.
