And because Proview Global cares, we are offering a hybrid work arrangement! The company will also be providing the PC and equipment needed. The successful candidate will be reporting onsite at least once a month for team and/or company-required meetings and trainings. Please also note that new hires are required to report onsite during their first 30 days of employment for training purposes, until the manager approves the transition to a hybrid work setup. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:

• Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
• Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
• Table that can fit a laptop and a 24-inch monitor, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem
• Work from home location is within NCR or nearby areas.

About the job

Responsible for creating engaging, editing and finalizing high-quality social media videos that align with brand guidelines and client marketing goals. This role focuses on transforming raw content into compelling short-form videos or still photo montages through effective storytelling, pacing, music selection, and visual editing. The Content Editor will collaborate closely with the marketing team leads/assigned client to ensure content drives engagement, audience retention, and platform performance.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

General Tasks:

• Develop, conceptualize, edit, and manage content for social media and similar digital platforms
• Edit short-form videos using captions, music, transitions, and effects optimized for social media performance
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and client-provided timelines
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team leads to understand brand vision, messaging, and creative direction
• Optimize videos for engagement, retention, and platform-specific performance
• Track and analyze content performance to maximize audience reach and engagement
• Conduct research as needed to stay up to date with social media, nightlife, and entertainment trends to guide creative decision-making
• Ensure branding and storytelling is well communicated by the produced output.

Others:

• Compliance with the Company Quality and Information Security Policy and sub-policies.
• Responsible for protecting information assets of the company, company assets from unauthorized disclosure, breach or loss. Reports breaches as soon as incident occurs.
• Demonstrates behavior consistent with company policies and guidelines when interacting with clients and team members.

What are the requirements?

• At least 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital advertising/marketing is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• High proficiency in short-form video editing for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Strong understanding of nightlife, electronic dance music culture, and entertainment trends
• Excellent sense of timing, pacing, audio selection, and visual storytelling
• Prior experience in the nightlife or entertainment industry is a strong advantage and a personal interest in electronic dance music is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
