Scope of Responsibilities:

Provide editorial review and iterations on the following, submitted by Tiers 1 and 2, for content strategist and stakeholder approval:

• 1. Content accuracy - the technical content should match the requirement provided by the product managers & stakeholders
• 2. Coherence and readability - the terminology and messaging should be logical to the subject matter
• 3. Vocabulary, grammar and punctuation
• An editor should provide feedback, track and consolidate common pain points for training purposes

Who Thrives Here:

• At least 1 year of experience as a technical or instructional writer, with strong understanding of smart technology
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support project
• High in English proficiency - Speaking and Writing
• Completed 2 years in college without back subjects.
• Above average writing skills and with technical experience (preferably on devices/gadgets)
• Must have an average grasp in tech devices such as smartwatches and smartphones
• The interest and ability to write articles such as Knowledge Base, Help Center articles in line with latest technological trends
• Ability to write concise and reader-friendly instructions such as gadget user manuals
• Openness to work in a shifting schedule
• Work in a team-oriented environment
