Content Intern

About the role

We're looking for a Content Intern who enjoys developing ideas and bringing them to life through social media content. You'll support the creative team across ideation, scripting, filming and editing, working closely with senior creatives and account teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build their creative skills, contribute ideas and gain experience producing content for different brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content ideas: Contribute concepts for short-form videos, social media posts and campaigns based on client briefs, brand identity and audience interests.
• Support creative planning: Prepare scripts, storyboards, mood boards and visual references under the guidance of senior creatives.
• Assist with shoots: Help prepare shot lists, props and equipment, coordinate basic shoot requirements and support the team on location.
• Capture content: Film social media videos, behind-the-scenes footage and simple product or lifestyle content using smartphones or cameras.
• Edit videos: Produce short-form edits with clear storytelling, suitable pacing, subtitles, music and basic colour correction.
• Create supporting visuals: Develop simple graphics, thumbnails and other social media assets using approved brand guidelines.
• Research trends: Identify relevant formats, references and platform trends, and suggest ways to adapt them to each client's brand.
• Collaborate and refine: Work with creative and account teams to understand briefs, incorporate feedback and deliver assigned work on time.
• Maintain quality and organisation: Check spelling, captions, audio and formatting before submitting work for review, and keep project files organised.
• Learn from performance: Review content results with the team and apply those insights to future ideas and edits.

About you

• Approximately 0–2 years of relevant experience in content creation
