Content Intern

What is this role, really?

At Leap, we’re building one of the most ambitious content ecosystems in the career and study abroad space. We believe content is more than marketing it’s how we educate, inspire, and earn trust at scale.

As a Content Intern, you’ll help power our storytelling engine. You’ll assist in finding what students care about, turning insights into binge-worthy content, and shaping narratives that make students feel seen, supported, and excited about their future.

If you’re someone who lives and breathes the internet — who watches a reel and instantly thinks “why did this work?”, who loves turning ideas into engaging stories — this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

• Research trends and insights to find content ideas student s actual ly care about.
• Work closely with designers, editors & on-screen talent to bring ideas to life.
• Help repurpose long-form videos into short-form hits & evergreen explainers.
• Track performance (watch time, retention, engagement) and learn what works.
• Contribute to building repeatable content formats — not just one-off videos.
• Be hands-on across the pipeline → ideas → scripts → edits → publishing → learnings.

Who you are

• A content nerd -reels, YouTube, and podcasts are your classroom.
• Curious and strategic - you want to kn ow why something performs
• A collaborative maker - you enjoy brainstorming and building with a team
• A student of the internet - always learning, experimenting & iterating.

• You have worked on college/creator/brand channels be
• You’re comfortable being on camera (not mandatory)
