About the Role
As Content Lead, you'll own our content strategy end-to-end — from ideation to execution — across social media and marketing channels. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a content calendar across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Script, film, and/or direct short-form video content that sells our courses and offers
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action
• Collaborate with the marketing/ads team to align content with paid campaigns
• Track content performance and iterate based on what converts
• Stay on top of trends and adapt them to fit our brand voice

Requirements

• Proven experience creating content that sells (portfolio or examples required)
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
• Understanding of short-form video platforms and what drives engagement
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bonus: experience in edtech, SaaS, or online course marketing
