Suri Marketing is a UK digital marketing agency. We create social content and paid ads for businesses across many industries. From spas and clinics to butchers, retail and property. We're growing fast and need someone to lead our shoots.

The role
You'll plan, lead and direct content shoots for multiple clients. You would be in charge of creating content that stops the scroll and gets results. One day it's a viral reel for a local brand. The next it's a high converting ad for a showroom.

What you'll do

• Plan shoots from start to finish. Concepts, shot lists, scripts, locations and schedules.
• Direct social media shoots built for reach and engagement on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Understands basic lighting, framing and audio, even if not shooting yourself.
• Can write strong hooks and short scripts.
• Good eye for brand consistency across different clients.
• Calm under pressure and good at problem solving on set.
• Can review performance data and use it to improve future shoots.
• Self motivated and able to take ownership of projects.
• Comfortable dealing with clients and managing their expectations.
• Direct ad content designed to convert, working with our media buyers.
• Guide on-camera talent and clients so they look natural and confident.
• Work with our videographers to bring ideas to life.
• Stay on top of trends, hooks and formats that are working right now.
• Adapt your style to suit very different businesses and audiences.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience directing or producing short form social content.
• A portfolio showing content that performed well.
• Strong understanding of what makes content go viral.
• Knowledge of what makes a good ad. Hooks, offers and calls to action.
• Confident leading a set and directing people.
• Organised, with strong planning skills.
• Versatile. Comfortable switching between niches.
• Able to travel between Birmingham and client locations.

Nice to have

• Shooting or editing skills yourself.
• Experience with Meta or TikTok ads.
• Agency experience.

Pay: From £12.74 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
