Kautilyan Alpha is the flagship portfolio advisory product, while Kautilyan Lens focuses on sharing financial and investment insights through digital platforms such as YouTube and X (Twitter).

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Lead – Production & Editorial who can own the complete content pipeline and transform financial research, market developments, and editorial ideas into high-quality, engaging, and high-retention digital content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial markets, content creation, YouTube, X/Twitter, and digital storytelling.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Research

• Own and manage the end-to-end content pipeline across YouTube and X.
• Maintain a 3-month rolling content calendar.
• Track financial news, market trends, RBI/SEBI updates, economic developments, and sector movements.
• Identify and pitch 3–5 relevant and trending financial topics daily.
• Convert complex financial and economic concepts into simple, engaging content.

X (Twitter) Content

• Publish 3–4 high-quality posts daily.
• Create 1 repurposed clip/quote post daily from existing content.
• Develop engaging threads around markets, sectors, macroeconomics, and investing.
• Create bi-weekly sector newsletters.
• Prepare one monthly macroeconomic newsletter.

YouTube Content

• Plan and produce 4–5 Shorts per week of approximately 2–2.5 minutes.
• Produce 1–2 long-form deep-dive videos/tutorials per week.
• Coordinate and produce one monthly Masterclass or Live Q&A.
• Focus on strong hooks, storytelling, audience retention, and actionable insights.

Creative & Editorial Direction

• Own the editorial quality and tone of all content.
• Develop creative formats and content structures suitable for different platforms.
• Guide visual direction for videos, thumbnails, graphics, charts, and other creatives.
• Work closely with video editors, designers, researchers, and other stakeholders.
• Repurpose long-form content into Shorts, clips, quotes, posts, and threads.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of financial markets, investing, economics, and business news.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube and X/Twitter content formats.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a retail audience.
• Strong research and fact-checking skills.
• Excellent storytelling and editorial judgement.
• Understanding of YouTube retention, hooks, CTR, engagement, and content analytics.
• Ability to identify trending topics and convert them into engaging content.
• Strong project management and ability to work with multiple content deadlines.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
