Shape the Future of Content Across a Growing Group of Brands!
UMS Group is seeking a creative and ambitious Content Lead Consultant to provide photography, videography and content creation services across our expanding portfolio of businesses throughout the North West.
This is an exciting opportunity for an independent content professional, freelancer, videographer, photographer or creative consultant looking to work with a diverse range of brands and industries whilst maintaining the flexibility and autonomy of self-employment.
Working alongside our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, creating and delivering engaging content that enhances brand awareness, supports business growth and strengthens our digital presence across multiple sectors.
Our portfolio spans hospitality, social care, recruitment, financial services and professional services, meaning no two projects are the same. One day you may be creating professional corporate content for a financial services business, and the next capturing authentic behind-the-scenes footage for a care provider or producing engaging social content for a hospitality venue.
We are interested in creative talent, not simply years of experience. If you have a strong portfolio and can demonstrate creativity, technical ability and commercial awareness, we would love to hear from you.
About Us
UMS Group is an ambitious and rapidly expanding organisation operating across property investment, hospitality, leisure, financial services and commercial services. Through a diverse portfolio of businesses and a strong commercial focus, UMS Group continues to pursue strategic growth opportunities, innovation and operational excellence across its sectors.
As a Group, we are driven by a commitment to excellence, innovation and continuous improvement. Our success is built on strong leadership, collaborative working and a people-focused culture that empowers individuals and businesses to achieve their full potential. Through strategic investment in our people, brands and operations, we remain focused on delivering sustainable growth, exceptional customer experiences and long-term value across our portfolio of businesses.
The Consultancy Opportunity
As our Content Lead Consultant, you will take ownership of planning, capturing, editing and delivering engaging photography and video content across multiple brands.
You will manage the full content creation process, from developing concepts and planning shoots through to filming, photography, editing and delivery of final content.
The role will involve regular travel across the North West to capture authentic content within offices, venues, events and operational environments.
You will work collaboratively with our marketing team and key stakeholders across the Group to understand business objectives and create content that supports brand awareness, recruitment, customer engagement and commercial growth.
This is a hands-on consultancy engagement that offers variety, creative freedom and the opportunity to make a significant impact across a growing group of businesses.
