Content Management Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Content Management Analyst (3+ Years) on behalf of our premium client, a leading South East Asian E-commerce platform. In this role, you will take complete ownership of end-to-end product listing, catalog management, and promotional updates. The ideal candidate will ensure structural accuracy, absolute consistency, and visual compliance across the digital storefront while maximizing the operational efficiency of online retail campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Catalog & Listing Management: Manage and maintain comprehensive product catalogues and high-conversion listings across the digital e-commerce platform.
• Content Integrity: Audit and update product information, descriptions, technical specifications, and metadata to ensure absolute accuracy and optimal online customer journey.
• Promotional Execution: Manage the active rollout, tracking, and content updates for digital coupons, customer discounts, seasonal promotions, and overall promotional banners.
• Quality Assurance: Review, validate, and sign off on newly ingested product content, ensuring alignment with strict, pre-defined corporate quality standards.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Systematically identify, troubleshoot, and resolve content anomalies, broken listings, missing images, and category discrepancies.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with logistics, marketing, and vendor teams to secure timely data updates, corrections, and product updates.
• Compliance Control: Continuously monitor published inventory information to ensure complete compliance with international e-commerce platform guidelines.

Mandatory Skill Set:

• Minimum 3+ years of core experience operating directly within E-commerce Content Management.
• Robust, hands-on experience in high-volume Cataloguing / Catalog Management and structural Product Listing.
• Proven track record of managing dynamic online retail pricing tools, Coupons, and Discounts.
• Deep functional understanding of online consumer behavior, digital merchandising workflows, and online retail lifecycles.

Preferred Background & Experience:

• Strong preference for candidates coming directly from marquee e-commerce organizations or premium consumer brands (e.g., Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, Nike, Adidas, or similar fast-paced digital platforms).
• Exceptional attention to detail with sharp analytical capabilities.
• Solid communication and cross-team coordination skills.

• Operational Shift: Early Morning Shift (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
