Content Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Editor to create, review, and refine real estate content covering residential and commercial property buying, selling, and renting. The role involves maintaining editorial quality, developing content processes, and ensuring consistency across all written materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, write, review, and edit articles, real estate reports, guides, and presentations.
• Ensure content accuracy, quality, grammar, and adherence to editorial guidelines.
• Develop content templates, workflows, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with writers, builders, and brokers to create relevant industry content.
• Analyse proprietary data and market trends to develop real estate reports.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush; apply basic SEO practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English Literature, or a related field.
• 59 years of experience in writing, editing, and communications.
• Proficiency in MS Word formatting and experience with WordPress CMS.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and interest in real estate and allied industries.
