Role Overview:

As the Content Manager at mb.io , part of MultiBank Group, you will own our content from planning through to publication. You will lead the content strategy and execution across social media, educational articles, news, press releases, newsletters and client email journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning and Ownership: Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, from planning and creation to review and publication.
• Social Media Calendar: Build and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent, timely and engaging posts across channels.
• Cryptopedia Articles: Write and publish educational Cryptopedia articles that explain Web3 and crypto concepts clearly and accurately.
• Market and Company News: Produce timely market updates and company news that reflect the brand’s voice and expertise.
• Press Releases: Draft and coordinate press releases aligned with company announcements and milestones.
• Newsletters: Plan, write and send newsletters that inform and engage our audience.
• Client Email Journeys: Create and optimize email journeys that support client onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Compliance and Policy Alignment: Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure all content meets regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Marketing Mindset: Apply marketing best practices to grow reach, engagement and conversion through content.
• Agility: Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of content experience in crypto or financial services.
• Expert writing skills with a strong marketing mindset.
• Solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Compliance and work within company policies.
• Flexible, quick to adapt, and comfortable when priorities change.
• Experience with SEO and AI writing tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
