Position: Content Manager

Salary: Around 25,000 - 35,000 per month

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist with expertise in Content management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and content creation, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing content strategies for various social media platforms.

Create engaging and compelling content tailored for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and generate new ideas for content.

Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into content creation.

Schedule and publish content across multiple social media channels.

Track and analyze content performance to optimize future content.

Engage with the audience and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Requirements:

A degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Media Science, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Passionate about content creation and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
