THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an exceptional Content Manager who will take podcast-style interviews with senior executives and transform them into engaging, high-quality posts and articles that build authority, spark conversation, and drive inbound interest. You’re a storyteller, a researcher, a strategist with an eye for content and LinkedIn, who is focused on generating actual results.

This role requires 3 core skills:

• Writing ability - to take insights and write compelling content pieces across a range of clients.

• Content Strategy - to be at the forefront of what's working, testing ideas, and generating tangible results.

• Account Management - strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team & clients.

This role reports to the CEO.

Key Responsiblities & Skills:

• Content Strategy Development: Define and implement content strategies that align with client objectives, market trends, and customer pain points. Ensure all output supports product positioning and broader go-to-market plans.

• Content Creation & Execution: Craft high-impact, multi-format content—from thought leadership posts and case studies to explainers and blogs—tailored to specific buyer personas and stages of the funnel.

• Simplifying Complex Topics: Translate complex, technical, or abstract concepts into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with both expert and non-technical audiences. With a storytelling angle.

• AI-Enhanced Content Innovation: Proficient in AI tools. Leverage AI tools to speed up research, ideation, drafting, and repurposing.

• Editorial Excellence: Uphold rigorous quality standards. Ensure every piece of content is clear, accurate, brand-aligned. We want the best quality of writing.

• Trend & Competitor Monitoring: Keep up with trends across client industries. Identify content gaps and thought leadership opportunities to position clients as industry leaders.
