About the Role

TechMatched is looking for a creative, proactive, and organized Content Manager / Content Creator who can develop content strategies, plan engaging content, record content within the company, and coordinate with employees to showcase the company's people, culture, services, and expertise across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable both planning content and executing it, working with employees, and ensuring a consistent online presence for TechMatched.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement content strategies aligned with TechMatched’s branding, services, and business goals.

2. Create and manage a monthly content calendar, including content ideas, formats, deadlines, and publishing schedules.

3. Record engaging videos, reels, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content featuring employees and company activities.

4. Coordinate with employees across departments, assign content creation tasks, and guide them on recording and sharing relevant content.

5. Create content briefs, video scripts, captions, and creative ideas for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.

6. Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure content is produced, reviewed, and published on time.

7. Monitor content performance, including reach, views, engagement, and audience growth, and suggest improvements based on results.

Requirements

• Experience in content creation, social media management, content marketing, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of content strategy and social media trends.

• Ability to plan and manage a monthly content calendar.

• Confidence in recording videos, conducting interviews, and coordinating on-camera content.

• Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly when working with employees across different departments.

• Good writing skills for captions, scripts, and content briefs.

• Organized, creative, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.

• A portfolio of previous content or social media work will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of TechMatched's content operations, turn everyday company activities into engaging content, bring employees into the content creation process, and ensure that every piece of content serves a clear purpose.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
