About us

Marble is a fintech infrastructure startup, backed by VCs and Hexa.

We build a groundbreaking open-source decision engine for banks, payment service providers and marketplaces.

We are based in central Paris and are expanding our team, having put the first 20+ customers in production.

The Role

As our first dedicated Content hire, you will own the end-to-end content strategy. You aren't just a writer; you are a "full-stack" communicator. You will design sales decks, update our website, ship newsletters, and translate our product’s technical power into case studies that resonate with Compliance Officers and CTOs.

You will report directly to the leadership team and work closely with our growth and sales team to maximize their available assets and efficiency.

What you will do

  • Social media & brand: Own our presence on LinkedIn and other medias. You’ll craft the narrative that positions Marble as the thought leader in the compliance and fraud space.

  • Website & product Evolution: Maintain and participate to the evolution of our brand site (Webflow / Github). You’ll ensure the copy and visuals reflect our latest product updates and "Product-Led Growth" journey.

  • Sales enablement: Help design and structure high-stakes commercial decks highlighting our strengths, that help our sales team close banks and fintechs.

  • Technical content & case studies: Dive deep into the product to help write technical blog posts and gather compelling customer success stories.

  • Nurturing & community: Own the newsletter and provide content we can use for nurturing sequences to keep our leads engaged and move them through the funnel.

  • Events: Help organise our events and participate to our community growth.

  • Paid support: Partner with our growth team to provide high-converting copy and assets for Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

About You

  • Exceptional Communicator: You have a "Product-First" mindset. You can take a complex technical feature and explain its business value clearly.

  • Bilingual: You are fluent in English (primary working language for content) and French.

  • Eye for Design: You don't need to be a designer, but you are confortable in Figma and care deeply about the visual "vibe" of the brand.

  • Technical Curiosity: You aren't afraid of terms like API, Webhooks, fuzzy matching, or AML compliance. You enjoy learning how things work under the hood.

  • Tooling: You are comfortable (or fast at learning) Webflow, HubSpot, Notion, and Google Ads.

  • Ownership: Like everyone at Marble, you are a "Founding" member in spirit. You ship fast, iterate based on data, and don't wait for a permit to improve things.
