About Epsilo

Epsilo is the orchestration layer for performance media across Southeast Asia. Brands, sellers and agencies use Epsilo One to plan, run and optimize ads on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop from one platform.

We are a small team (under 50 people across Vietnam, the Philippines and Indonesia) building AI agents that let one operator do the work of ten.

The role

You make Epsilo easy to understand and hard to ignore. You own how we tell our story: the words, the look, and where it shows up.

You do not need a SaaS background. We care more that you understand service businesses, have real taste in content and design, and write in a clear, confident international style. Think of how the best modern retail and lifestyle brands talk: short, specific, opinionated.

• Location: Ho Chi Minh City (hybrid)
• Works with: CEO, Product, Sales and the Customer Solution team

What you'll do

• Tell the product story. Turn new features and releases into clear what's new posts, landing pages and launch content.
• Build proof. Write customer stories and case studies that show real results for sellers and agencies.
• Run our channels. Own LinkedIn and the blog, with a consistent voice and visual style.
• Arm the sales team. Create pitch materials and one-pagers tailored to Enterprise, SMB and Agency buyers.
• Own the look. Brief or create visuals that match our brand, using design tools and AI image tools.
• Get found by AI. Shape content so Epsilo shows up in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI (AEO).

What you bring

• 2+ years in content marketing, at a brand, agency or service business.
• A portfolio that shows taste: writing, layout and visuals you are proud of.
• Natural, confident English writing in an international (western) style.
• Solid content marketing fundamentals: audience, message, channel, and how content drives business results.
• An eye for design and comfort with tools like Figma, Canva or AI image tools.
• Curiosity about how businesses sell online. You will learn our space fast.

Nice to have

• Experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): structuring content so AI assistants cite and recommend your brand.
• Experience in B2B, e-commerce or marketplaces.
• Basic video editing for short-form content.
• Studied or worked abroad, or in an international environment.
