What they need
Corporate Direct helps people protect what they've built: their businesses, their investments, their wealth. Founded by Rich Dad's Legal and Corporate Attorney Garrett Sutton, Esq., we've spent decades doing asset protection the right way: attorney-led and education-first. The industry sells filings; we sell protection that actually holds. The commodity mills stop at a cheap LLC and call it done—for us, that's the bare minimum.
We're the underdog doing it right, and we're aggressively building the brand and content to prove it. That's where you come in. You'll own brand and content, how we show up, how our story lands, and the work that makes the case. About half of what we publish starts with our founders; the other half you'll help build from scratch. Your job is to make both worth watching, and to make complex topics like formation, asset protection, and compliance genuinely interesting.
What you'll own
- Brand & content positioning. Shape the look, voice, and point of view of our content, and position it to connect with the right audiences.
- Original content. You're hands-on in execution: strong hooks, sharp writing, formats that fit each platform. You won't be alone (we have video editors to help on the heavy lifts and a constant stream of content), but the more you can produce yourself, the better.
- Founder content. Turn our founders' raw material into short-form that lands. You bring the angle, the hook, and the packaging.
- Social, community & channels. Own the calendar and publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and pitch in on email marketing and ad content. Handle the day-to-day community engagement: comments, DMs, and the back-and-forth. We also run live streams and periodic events, seminars, and webinars you'll help bring to life.
- Observe and adjust in real time. You run the plays and watch how they land, reading performance as it happens and making live adjustments instead of waiting for a monthly report. Test, assess, then sharpen, double down, or cut. That instinct to observe and course-correct on the fly is one of the most important strengths for this role.
Where this goes
We're at the very beginning of building this team, and we're building it deliberately. The target: a content engine that ships consistently, tests fast, and compounds, turning our founders' expertise and our own original work into a steady stream of content that builds the audience and the brand.
Who you are
A content marketer with a sharp eye for what works and the instinct to know why. You think in hooks and audiences, write sharp copy, and know how to turn an expert's raw material into something people actually want to watch and read.
Above all, you protect the brand. In a business built on trust, a consistent voice over time isn't a nice-to-have, it's the asset. You're comfortable enough with analytics and CRM to see what's working and act on it, without needing to live in a dashboard. Hands-on and scrappy: this is a build-it role on a small team.
Fair warning: who thrives here
This isn't a low-intensity job. We're the underdog, we build fast, and we hold a high bar. The people who do well here tend to share a few traits:
- Ownership. You own outcomes, not just effort. When something's yours, you drive it.
- Decentralized command. We lead with intent, not micromanagement. You'll get the mission and the authority to make the call.
- Bias to action. You'd rather ship, test, and learn than polish forever and you're just as comfortable killing what doesn't work.
- Self-motivation. You bring your own drive. Nobody here will hover, and nobody will need to.
Experience
- 3-5+ years in content marketing, including hands-on ownership of brand social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), email, and website.
- Intermediate command of the essentials: analytics, CRM, content positioning, hook creation, and community moderation.
- A portfolio that shows what you've driven: programs, content, and results tell us more than a résumé.
