What they need

Position Overview:

The Content Marketing Manager is Peachtree's hands-on marketing creator and channel owner. The role produces and curates photography, video, written copy, and campaigns; manages public-facing digital channels and community engagement; and uses performance and audience insight to determine strategy and recommend improvements. The Manager works within the Creative Director's strategy and standards and provides complete, prioritized production requests for Creative Operations support.

What Success Looks Like

  • Peachtree maintains a steady stream of current, high-quality photography, video, Reels, editorial content, and campaigns.
  • Galleries and channels are purposeful, current, and disciplined rather than repetitive or indiscriminately populated.
  • Digital performance, audience behavior, search opportunities, and lead-generation weaknesses are identified and acted upon.
  • Routine marketing work is planned and completed without requiring owner-level intervention.

Core Responsibilities

Content Creation and Curation

  • Photograph and film events, tastings, culinary work, venues, team members, and behind-the-scenes activity on an intentional schedule and in support of company sales.
  • Create and edit Reels, short-form video, stories, still photography, captions, emails, website copy, blogs, and campaign content within established standards.
  • Choose imagery, copy, music, audio, pacing, and sequencing with strong judgment.
  • Review complete professional galleries and make disciplined selections for websites, listings, social media, sales materials, and the asset library.

Channels Community and Editorial Planning

  • Maintain the content and campaign calendar across websites, email, social platforms, Google Business Profiles, wedding marketplaces, and other priority channels.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement, reposting, collaboration opportunities, routine reviews, and escalation of sensitive issues.
  • Identify content gaps, editorial opportunities, and recurring client questions and coordinate the resources needed to address them.
  • Work with outside web, SEO, advertising, PR, photography, or production specialists when assigned.

Performance and Market Intelligence

  • Monitor practical website, search, email, social, marketplace, reputation, lead-source, and campaign indicators.
  • Interpret results, identify weaknesses and opportunities, and provide concise recommendations to the Creative Director.
  • Monitor changes in digital behavior, content formats, search, competitors, and client expectations and contribute findings to the department's planning and R&D.
  • Partner with Sales on lead quality, client questions, conversion patterns, positioning, and launch support while Sales retains inquiry handling and sales follow-through.

Collaboration and Production Handoff

  • Provide the Creative Operations Specialist with approved copy, image selections, order, tags, links, specifications, deadlines, and intended use after the Creative Director prioritizes the request.
  • Review completed marketing work for correct content, selections, sequence, links, tags, and placement.
  • Coordinate necessary input and approval from the department that owns the underlying information and factual accuracy.
  • Partner with Culinary and the Creative Director to pair current menu offerings with strong, accurate photography; make the editorial selections while Culinary verifies dish identity and details and Creative Operations maintains the resulting library.

Qualifications

  • Five or more years of content marketing or digital marketing experience with meaningful hands-on responsibility.
  • A strong portfolio of photography, video, short-form content, writing, and image curation.
  • Excellent visual and editorial judgment and the discipline to reduce a large body of work to a small, purposeful selection.
  • Strong writing, editing, planning, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with websites, SEO fundamentals, email, social platforms, marketplaces, community management, and performance reporting.
  • Hospitality, weddings, events, food and beverage, or multi-brand experience preferred.
