Content Marketing Specialist

What are you going to do?

Your mission is to make PNO Innovation and our expertise visible to the right audiences and turn that visibility into commercial opportunities.

You will take ownership of day-to-day content and campaign execution, turning complex topics into clear and engaging communication. Using data, digital marketing tools and AI, you will continuously improve our content and campaigns and help build a consistent flow of qualified leads.

• Create, design and publish compelling B2B content for LinkedIn, our website and other relevant channels

• Develop, launch, monitor and optimise marketing campaigns in line with our business priorities

• Build and develop lead generation activities in HubSpot, including landing pages, forms, gated content and email sequences

• Track campaign performance and translate insights into concrete improvements

• Gradually take on more advanced HubSpot lead nurturing and full-funnel analysis, with guidance and support from the Marketing Manager Netherlands

• Improve our organic and paid search performance through hands-on SEO and SEA activities

• Collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts to turn their expertise into accessible content that generates business

• Use AI tools to support content creation, repurposing and performance analysis in line with PNO's AI guidelines

What do we offer you?

• A broad, hands-on marketing role where you can develop across content, campaigns, lead generation, design and performance marketing

• A gross monthly salary of €3,200–€4,000 based on a 40-hour working week, depending on experience and excluding holiday allowance

• 30 days of annual leave based on full-time employment

• A hybrid working model, with two to three days per week at our Rijswijk office, including Mondays

• Close coaching from our Marketing Manager Netherlands, with room to progressively take ownership of more advanced marketing activities

• Collaboration with marketing colleagues, consultants and experts across the Netherlands and our wider European organisation

About you

• Around 1–4 years of relevant experience in B2B content, digital or performance marketing

• Fluent Dutch and excellent Dutch copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging content independently

• Excellent written and spoken English for collaboration with our international colleagues

• Strong visual content skills and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or comparable design software

• Hands-on experience with SEO and SEA and an interest in using data to improve marketing performance

• Experience with or exposure to tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Google Ads, Google Search Console and WordPress

• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, repurposing or analysis

• A proactive and organised working style, with the ability to manage priorities and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
