Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content according to company policies and guidelines.
• Identify and flag inappropriate, sensitive, or policy-violating content.
• Ensure content quality, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
• Maintain productivity and quality targets while handling content reviews.
• Follow process guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrate good typing speed, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate and Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Content Moderation is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good typing skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment with rotational offs.
