Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Content Moderator to join our BPO team. The successful candidate will review and moderate user-generated content across digital platforms, ensuring that posts, images, videos, comments, and other materials comply with established community guidelines and platform policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content, including text, images, videos, comments, and profiles.
• Evaluate content according to established community guidelines and company policies.
• Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates platform standards.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team for further review.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency when making moderation decisions.
• Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
• Stay updated on changes to community guidelines, policies, and moderation procedures.
• Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content professionally and confidentially.
• Protect user privacy and follow all applicable data security procedures.

Qualifications

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate.
• BPO, customer service, content moderation, or social media experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and good judgment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple applications.
• Able to follow detailed policies and make consistent decisions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
