Job Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and audio, to ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Analyze content trends and escalate policy-related issues when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- Internet savvy with an interest in social media and online content.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable reviewing sensitive or graphic content.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
