Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible **Content Moderator** to review and moderate online content. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content follows company guidelines, platform policies, and community standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and moderate text, images, videos, and other user-generated content.

* Evaluate content based on platform policies, company guidelines, and community standards.

* Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates policies.

* Ensure content meets quality, safety, and community standards.

* Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the appropriate team.

* Maintain accuracy and consistency while making moderation decisions.

* Stay updated with platform policies, guidelines, and moderation procedures.

* Maintain confidentiality while handling user-generated content.

* Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.

* Report recurring content issues when required.

Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 1–2 years of experience in content moderation, content review, customer support, social media, or a similar role.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail and good judgment.

* Ability to understand and apply platform policies and content guidelines.

* Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

* Comfortable working with online platforms and digital content.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
