Job Overview

Hiring Content Moderators to review and moderate online content in accordance with platform policies and quality standards. We welcome eligible freshers and experienced candidates with strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content according to established guidelines.
• Identify and flag inappropriate, misleading, or policy-violating content.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency while reviewing content.
• Follow quality standards, company policies, and performance targets.
• Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the appropriate team.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Eligible pass-out years: 2024, 2025, and 2026.
• Education: Degree, B.Tech, B.E., Diploma, or Postgraduate qualification.
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of BPO experience are also eligible.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary Package

• Freshers: ₹2.5 LPA
• Experienced candidates: ₹3.2 LPA

Work Schedule

• 5 working days per week.
• 2 rotational weekly offs.
• 100% work from home; no office work, as advertised.
