Content Moderator - Malay

About the Role

Our client’s Global Operations team focuses on improving product quality and user experience through direct support interactions and scalable operational solutions. The team works with external partners to deliver customer-focused outcomes and maintain high standards of operational performance.

As a Content Quality Reviewer , you will review a range of digital content and advertisements against established advertising policies and community standards. Your work will support quality measurement, AI oversight and insights into policy enforcement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help improve policies, processes, technology and training. Your contributions will help improve the safety and trustworthiness of digital platforms while ensuring operational processes remain accurate, effective and efficient.

The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful and collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently and adapt to new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Review digital content and advertisements to assess compliance with established community standards and advertising policies.
• Identify market-specific trends and insights, developing recommendations to improve platform integrity and safety outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve policies, processes and review tools.
• Work with external operations teams to ensure feedback reaches relevant stakeholders and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Develop and share subject-matter expertise across online safety, abuse prevention and account support.
• Contribute to projects that improve the effectiveness, consistency and efficiency of content quality review operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English & Malay.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A proactive approach to identifying issues, communicating insights and recommending improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply policies consistently when reviewing complex content.
