Content Moderator – Native Thai Speaker

We are hiring Content Moderator – Native Thai Speaker (FRESH GRAD can apply!).

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Intake Date: 30 November 2026
Salary: RM4,500 – RM4,800 per month + KPI + Allowance
Working Hours: Rotational Shifts
Flight Sponsorship: Provided to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Visa: Provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate online content, including text, images, videos, and user-generated posts, in Thai.
• Ensure online content complies with platform policies, community guidelines, and safety standards.
• Identify and take appropriate action on inappropriate, harmful, misleading, or policy-violating content.
• Assess reported content and user accounts according to established moderation procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency when making content moderation decisions.
• Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the relevant team when necessary.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets while maintaining confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

• Native Thai speaker with strong Thai language comprehension.
• Good English communication skills for workplace communication.
• Minimum bachelor's degree
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts.
• Able to review potentially sensitive or disturbing online content professionally.
