What you'll be doing

• Carefully review and moderate user-generated content and videos to identify and remove any inappropriate, offensive or harmful material
• Collaborate with the content moderation team to establish and implement clear guidelines and processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, issues and best practices in online content moderation
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to improve our content moderation systems and procedures
• Assist in the training and development of new content moderation team members
• Ensure all moderation activities are carried out in a timely, consistent and transparent manner

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in online content moderation or a similar role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

• Familiarity with common social media platforms, internet trends and online user behaviour

• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry best practices around content moderation

• Ability to remain objective and impartial when reviewing potentially sensitive or controversial content

• A commitment to maintaining a safe and positive online environment for all users

• Must be willing to work predominantly night shifts and rotating schedules in BGC, Taguig
