Content Operations Manager

MAP Active, the leading Sports & Lifestyle Retailer in Southeast Asia, is seeking a Content Operations Manager to drive product content excellence across our digital and omnichannel platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the strategy, creation, and optimization of product content across all channels.
• Manage product information, descriptions, images, and digital assets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Oversee CMS operations and ensure timely product content updates.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to support business objectives and enhance customer experience.
• Monitor content performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Establish content quality standards and conduct regular audits to maintain brand consistency.
• Manage content-related projects, stakeholders, and timelines from planning to execution.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Content Operations, E-commerce Content Management, Digital Content, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of CMS platforms, SEO best practices, and product content optimization.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail, fashion, sports, or e-commerce environment is a plus.
