We’re a global smart-TV platform reaching 60M+ users across international markets. We’re looking for a Content Operations Specialist to help drive content promotion and monetization, and to turn performance data into action.

What you’ll do

• Execute content promotion and monetization plans across multiple international markets
• Run campaigns end-to-end, from setup and partner coordination to launch, monitoring, and wrap-up
• Track content and campaign performance, and build clear, regular reports for the team
• Spot issues and opportunities in the data, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them
• Use AI tools to streamline analysis, reporting, and day-to-day operations

What you’ll bring

• 1–3 years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, or a related role (streaming, media, or consumer tech is a plus)
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your work
• Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams and regions
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable owning tasks through to completion

Nice to have

• Experience with OTT, smart-TV, or streaming platforms
• Basic SQL or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Additional languages
• A genuine love of TV, film, and sports (bonus points if you can settle The Godfather vs. Goodfellas )
