Content Planner / Content Writer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Planner / Content Writer to develop engaging content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms. This role is responsible for creating compelling copy, planning content calendars, generating creative ideas, and collaborating with the creative team to deliver high-quality content that resonates with the target audience and supports marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and other marketing channels.
• Write compelling captions, articles, product descriptions, promotional content, and video scripts.
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitors to generate fresh content ideas.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Videographers, and the Marketing team to produce impactful content.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's tone of voice and communication guidelines.
• Adapt writing styles to suit different platforms and target audiences.
• Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and audience engagement.
• Support campaign launches, product promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Thai (English proficiency is a plus).
• Strong creativity with the ability to transform ideas into engaging content.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with content planning and campaign execution.
• Experience using AI content tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.
• Portfolio of writing or content creation is highly preferred.
