Required Experience

• 10-15 years of overall experience in content management, digital experience or content operations.
• At least 5 years of deep experience in the nominated platform or product family.
• Experience in enterprise implementation, migration or modernisation as an SME, Technical Architect or Technical Lead.
• Strong understanding of content architecture, APIs, integrations, governance, performance and security.
• Experience supporting client workshops, proposals, estimates, demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Working knowledge of one adjacent or competing content platform.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on content-platform specialist who can connect product capabilities with editorial and business outcomes, provide credible implementation guidance, and contribute reusable offerings without claiming ownership of the overall multi-solution architecture.

Role Boundary

• Owns platform depth, feasibility, patterns, estimates, demonstrations and delivery guidance.
• Collaborates on cross-platform architecture but does not own the complete enterprise target architecture.
• Is not a pure developer, administrator, delivery manager or product salesperson.
